The Japan Rail Kyushu Pass can be used on limited express trains of the Kyushu Railway Co., in ordinary reserved and non-reserved seating, and on ordinary trains of the Kyushu Railway Co.

■ Features
Ride as many times as you like throughout the designated Kyushu area, on local, limited express and Kyushu Shinkansen
“bullet” trains.

■ Conditions of Sale :
The purchaser is not a Japanese citizen, and has entered Japan on a temporary visitor visa issued by the Immigration Bureau
of Japan.

■ Purchase :
    Applications are available at Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Japan Travel Bureau, Nippon Travel Agency, Kintetsu
    International, TOP TOUR and JALPAK offices, and other selected locations overseas. You will receive an exchange ticket, which
    you can exchange for your rail pass in Japan.

    Exchange ticket validity: Three months from issue

    Exchange sites: Hakata Station; JR kyushu Travel Agency offices in Kokura, Hakata, Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Oita, Kagoshima
    Chuo and Miyazaki stations; and the Beppu Station Travel Center.
    * The Northern Kyushu Area Rail Pass is not available at JR kyushu Travel Agency offices in Kagoshima Chuo or Miyazaki
   stations.

■ Conditions of Use :

Only the person whose name is inscribed on the face of the pass can use it.
The holder must carry a valid passport when using the pass.
The pass can be used on limited express trains of the Kyushu Railway Co., in ordinary reserved and non-reserved
seating, and on ordinary trains of the Kyushu Railway Co. in the designated area for the pass.
The pass cannot be used on sleeper trains, the Sanyo Shinkansen “bullet” train, or JR Kyushu buses.
If the holder travels on a Green Car, the Green Car charge will be assessed in addition to the ordinary express charge.
The pass cannot be used for private compartments.
The pass cannot be used for fares on connecting or other train lines not operated by Kyushu Railway Co.
The holder will be required to pay applicable fares incurred as a result of riding beyond the designated area for this pass.
No refund can be made even if there are no available reserved seats and the holder must use non-reserved seating.

ENTRY VISA (S) AND TRANSIT VISA (S) REQUIREMENT

In order to ensure a smooth and hassle free trip, we would like to seek your kind attention to take special notice of the following important reminders :

Passengers' name in the booking must be spelt exactly in the same manner as stated in the passenger's passports.
Passports should still have a minimum of 6 months validity upon completion of the journey.
It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all Entry Visa or Transit Visa that are required to enter the country of destination or stopovers.
Transit Visas must be duly obtained if the plane's flight path involved a Transit or Stopover in another country like for example, a Transit in Australia whilst en route to New Zealand or a stopover in the United States whilst en route to Canada.
Passengers are advised to check carefully for any errors or omissions in the booking details, flight itineraries, air tickets, and hotel vouchers IMMEDIATELY upon receiving them. Please take note you may encounter significant inconveniences and may even have your travel plans aborted if errors are discovered only enroute or upon check-in at the Changi Airport.
