| Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accept
the following terms and conditions. Misa Travel shall be known as "
The Company " in the terms and conditions listed below. In event of any conflict, the terms and conditions herein shall prevail. The terms and conditions are subject to change and review by the Company from time to time without notice. |

| Payment : | ||||||
| Deposit of S$100 is applicable upon reservations
of any rail passage or passes All rail passage/passes are stipulated with a issuing deadline, all rail documents must be issued prior to the deadline. Full payment is required upon collection of rail documents Fares quoted are converted at the daily exchange rate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice All rail passes have an issuance fee of € 4 per pass per person All Premier Trains and Britrail point to point tickets will have a € 4 charge per person per sector Reservation for sector rail tickets are charged from € 9 per person per sector |

| Travel Documents : | ||||||
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have
a valid passport with a minimum 6 months' validity from the date of the
last departure point as well as the necessary visas, current health certificates
and necessary travel documents as required by the various government authorities
of the country(ies) to be visited. Please ensure all children photos in
the passports are to be updated by the Immigration Authority prior to departure

| Lost Document : | ||||||
| Lost or stolen passes & tickets are neither refundable nor replaceable . | ||||||
|
||||||
| Cancellation and Refund : | ||||||
Any refundable amount is subject to a minimum 17% cancellation
charge. A 100% cancellation fee will be applied for couchettes and sleepers
if space is not cancelled and the vouchers were not endorsed with a railway
official stamp. Handing / Issuance fees and seat reservation is non - refundable
. |

| Passes may only be refunded if none of the components of the pass or package have been used and the pass or the package is not validated | ||||||
| Refunds, when applicable, will only be paid if a pass or ticket is returned to the issuing office, totally unused, prior to validation and in its original jacket. All Rail | ||||||
| Passes can only be refunded up to 6 months from the date of issuance | ||||||
| Refund applications must be submitted to the office where the pass or ticket was purchased with appropriate, original documentation, such as all components of the original pass | ||||||

| Rail passes : | ||||||
| Passes are strictly personal, non - transferable and only valid with a passport, official identity card or special military travel permit .Presentation of this document to the railway staff is compulsory | ||||||
| Passes may not be purchased, issued to or used by residents of Europe, the United Kingdom, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Morocco, Algeria or Tunisia | ||||||
| Transportation covered by the pass is subject to the Uniform Rules concerning the contract to international Carriage of Passengers and Luggage by rail (CIV) | ||||||
|
In the event of carriage by sea, the legal provisions
of the individual sea carrier apply In the charter of participating Railroads
and Shipping Lines / Bonuses in Eurail map / Eurail Traveller's Guide are indicated :

| Passes are not valid until the first and last day of
validity and passport numbers are entered by a railway official before travel
begins . Usage must begin within six months of the date of issue. Holders are not allowed to validate their passes themselves |

The passholder may travel on any dates within limits
of the period of validity. Travel must be completed latest by midnight on
the last day of validity. The pass also entitles the holder within the period
of validity to many transportation bonuses, such as ferries, boats and buses
(either entirely free or at a discount) . Holders of a Flexi pass are entitled
to a specified number of travel days (indicated on the pass and the calendar)
within the period of validity. A traveller who, on any particular day, uses
only a free transportation bonus, is obliged to enter a day's travel in
a box on the calendar. This is not necessary for bonuses offering only a
reduction. Every day, before boarding the first train of ship, the date
of use must be entered in blue / black ink by the traveller in the corresponding
box on the rail pass. Dates must be inserted in chronological order in the
following way : fir example May 27=27/05 |

| A Flexi pass is valid from midnight to midnight on
the date of use indicated on the calendar. If the trip starts in a direct
overnight train departing after 19:00 hrs (07:00pm), the next day' date
must be entered travel between 19:00 and 24:00 hours (7pm and midnight)
on the day of departure is then included. When using an overnight ferry
covered by the pass, the holder may enter the day of departure or the day
of arrival. Reminder : Travel must be completed by midnight on the last day of validity |

| No supplements are required for trains, such as EC,
IC & ICE. For further information concerning restrictions and special
conditions of use on some trains please refer to chapter "Reservations & Supplements" in the Eurail Traveller's Guide. Additional fees for seat reservations, sleeping accommodation (sleepers / couchettes), meals on board, supplement charges on certain ships, port taxes, luggage forwarding, etc, are payable |

| Premier Trains - Most Premier Trains (Eurostar, Thalys,
Talgo, AVE, etc..) are sold as an inclusive fare including the reservation
fee. Fares often include extra on board services which can vary according to the class of travel. Seat reservations are compulsory . |

| Passes do not guarantee a seat on train or passage
on a boat unless reservations are made in advance. For certain trains and
boats a reservation is compulsory. Please inquire with your issuing office or at train stations / shipping company offices in Europe before you travel. Rail pass must be presented when making reservations |
||||||
| For 1st class travel with a 2nd class pass, traveler
pays the difference between the st and 2nd class fares, for each journey.
Travelling on 2nd class with a 1st class pass is not entitled to any refund |
||||||
|
Train staff are authorized to confiscate the Pass and
/ or demand the payment of the full fare plus a fine of € 50 up to € 100
when the traveller : * Cannot present a Pass and a valid passport |
||||||
| Dates on the Pass must be inserted in chronological order always using the next box; never passing over a box. An incorrectly entered date on the Eurail Flexi Pass may never be corrected, another box must be used in that case (changing dates in the calendar is considered fraud) | ||||||
| A 'YOUTH' pass may be used by persons under 26 years of age. A 'CHILD' pass may only be used by persons under 12 years of age | ||||||
| A Eurail Saver Pass or Eurail Saver Flexi Pass can only be issued if payment is made for 2 - 5 persons travelling together and is valid for all persons listed on the control voucher | ||||||

| For your own interest and benefit, it is strongly recommended that you read
the terms & conditions of the pass, which is printed inside of the cover
of the pass carefully. Prices and information are correct at the time of print. Prices and products, are subject to change without prior notice. Misa Travel together with the Appointed General Sales Agent of Rail Europe and the principal Rail Europe accepts no responsibilities for injuries, damage. accident, loss, delay, theft, quarantine, custom regulation, strike, acts of GOd and changes in itinerary, deportation or refusal of entry by Immigration. |
