PAYMENTS
  1. Deposit Payment
    1. A tentative deposit of up to 50% of the package price is required at the time of booking.
    2. In the event where the booking is comfirmed as per your request, any subsequent cancellation due to your own change of travel plan, the deposit is subject to cancellation penalties.
    3. Some packages may require a 100% deposit payment due to strict conditions and penalilties imposed by overseas suppliers, inbound land operators, hoteliers, airlines and etc.
    4. Deposit payment does not constitute a guaranteed booking and the booking is subject to confirmation by the overseas suppliers. If your booking cannot be confirmed and you do not wish to adjust your travel plan, your deposit payment will be fully refunded within 7 working days*.

      *For payment made by Amercian Express credit cards, there will be a non-refundable 2% administrative fee.

  1. Final Payment
    1. Where the initial deposit payment is 50%, kindly take note that a final full payment is required upon booking confirmation by the overseas suppliers.
    2. Failure to submit the full payment on time may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
    3. Payment in full is required at the time of booking for reservations made less than 14 days before the commencement date of the package.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & BOOKING CHANGES
  1. Cancellation by You
    1. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to MISA Travel.
    2. An administrative fee will be charged for any cancellations made by the customer.
    3. The following scale of charges will apply then a cancellation is notified

      30 days or more 30%
      22-29 days  40%
      14-21 days  50%
      8-13 days 70%
      0-7 days 100%

    4. In the event that a customer wish to withdraw from a package or tour after it has commenced, we are unable to provide refunds for absences from a tour, including but not limited to missed sightseeing, meals, entertainment and etc.
    5. An administrative fee will be charged for any revision or amendment made to a confirmed booking. An amendment of tour date or tour itinerary within 7 days of tour departure will be treated as a cancellation and will be charged as such.

  2. Non-fulfilment
    1. A full refund of the deposit will be provided in the event of a tour cancellation due to inadequate group members, unavailability of flights and/or accommodation and price revision by the overseas supplier.
    2. We may be obliged to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to war, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, natural disasters, terrorist activities or threat of such, closure of airport, ports or railways. For such circumstances, we will inform the customer about the cancellation as soon as we are alerted. Alternatives of the tour will be provided of comparable standards. A full refund of the paid amount will be provided should the customer decide not to travel any more. However, an administrative fee may still be applied.

  3. Refunds
    1. No refund will be provided in the event that a customer misses a tour, including but not limited to missed sightseeing, meals, entertainment and etc during the tour.
    2. All customer refunds will be made in accordance to the original mode of payment. The duration of the refund is subjected to third parties, including but not limited to bank policies and procedures, accommodation suppliers i.e. hotels and resorts and so on and may take up to 6 months from the date of refund submission.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE

The tour price does NOT include where applicable airport taxes, visa application fee, optional tour charges if any, personal insurance, transfers to and from the departing Airport, excess baggage charges, room service charges and any other personal expenditures prior, during and after the tour.
  1. Tips
    1. The tour price does NOT include any tips for services provided during the tour, including but not limited to meal services, chambermaids, bus drivers, tour guides and so on unless otherwise stated in the individual package.
    2. Some quoted tours, free & easy packages, customized packages require compulsory tippings, customer are duly advised to learn more before making their purchase decision.
