Important Notes :

• Every booking that makes during peak period would have minimum 5 nights stay.

Cancellation Policy :

• Peak Season
  • Cancellation that make within 07-30 days before check - in, 01 night room rate will be charged directly by the hotel.
  • Cancellation within 07 days before check - in, the balance of the total amount of the original booking will be charged directly by the hotel.
  • In case of no show, shortening of stay or early check out, the balance of the total amount of the original booking will be charged directly by the Hotel.
• At All other times
  • Cancellation within 14 days of check - in or no show, 01 night of each booking will be charged directly by the hotel.
  • In case of shortening of stay or early check out, 01 additional night will be charged directly by the hotel.
  • In the event that the individual or entire groups do not arrive, or should the client or group fail to arrive without prior cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no show fee. The tour operator shall be held responsible for payment computed as the equivalent to the contract rate for one night for each room cancelled in excess of the allowable number, or for each room not taken up
