Airport Shuttle Transfer

• No-show or cancellation on arrivals or departures made without two (2) hours prior notice will be charged fully.
• Children aged under two (2) years of age free of charge. However, in the event of no-seats available must sit with their accompanying adult.
• Under normal circumstances, VASSL, will arrange a transportation service to and from CLK airport and hotels with a maximum of four (4) on route stops as pickups or drop-offs per single journey.
• Transport coach will be 20 seater or 41 seater.
• Transport vehicles are owned and operated by Tai Fung Coach company Limited and covered by their comprehensive insurance policy.
• Passenger/s to depart from hotel to airport at least three and a quarter (3 1/4) hours before their flight departure.
• Due to traffic conditions and hotel-specific demands, pickups' waiting time may be extended up to fifteen (15) minutes.
• The baggage allowances for passengers traveling on all coaches are as follows:
  • Each passenger can check-in a maximum of two (2) pieces of baggage, total dimensions per bag shall not exceed 158cm (62") - regular size suitcases;
  • Maximum weight per bag shall not exceed 20kg. (44lbs);
  • The driver may refuse to handle baggage that are larger or heavier;
  • Passengers with baggage that exceeds the dimensions and weight must contact VASSL for alternative arrangement. We cannot guarantee that there will be available storage space on the assigned vehicle. There will be a surcharge for excess baggage.
  • Liability for loss or damage to baggage is limited to total loss HKD500.00 per piece and maximum claim of HKD1,000.00 in the case of one passenger irrespective of any number of baggage claimed.
  • VASSL and MISA Travel assumes no liability for any loss of property or valuable articles inside the baggage; any loss of property or valuable articles inside the baggage; any loss of personal belongings in the vehicle, fragile or perishable articles and any legal fees and cost of any kind relating to the passenger's claim.

• All transfer rates are based on Mercedes Benz (E-class), driver service tips and luggage handling charges are inclusive.
• Tunnel tolls and bridge toll for Airport transfer and Local transfer are inclusive.
• 75% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellation 3 hours before the service.
• No show will be fully charged.
• Additional transaction charge of SGD35 will be charged for each extra stop en-route to destination.
• The maximum capacity of luggage compartment is the limit of luggage handling limit.
• SGD27.00 surcharge for One-way transfer and SGD27.00 surcharge per hour for On-hire service will be applied if Long Benz or S-class is required.
• SGD40.00 surcharge for One-way transfer and SGD40.00 surcharge per hour for On-hire service will be applied if 7 seater (MPV) is required.
• Tunnel tolls, bridge tolls and parking fee for On-hire services and Sightseeing tour are excluded.
• Service between 00.00-05.00 requires extra SGD60.00 per trip.
