Terms & conditions :
  1. Join to Win eNewsletter Lucky Draw is open to all our subscribers that are on our eNewsletter signup page ( http://www.airfares.com.sg/newsletter/registration.aspx ).
  2. A subscriber shall be eligible to participate in the Join to Win eNewsletter Lucky Draw provided that :
    a. Subscriber has signed up with their particular online.
    b. Subscriber shall have maintained his/her subscription for MISA Travel eNewsletter sign up till the draw date of the lucky draw.
  3. Employees of MISA Travel and any other parties who are directly involved in organising, promoting or conducting the draw are not eligible to participate in the draw.
  4. Qualifying Period : 1 March – 31 March 2012
  5. Closing date : 31 March 2012
  6. Draw date : 9 April 2012
  7. The lucky draw period will be from 19 February 2012 to 31 March 2012 (both dates inclusive); however, MISA Travel reserves the right to extend the lucky draw at any point of time.

  9. One (1) winner will be picked at random by MISA Travel Pte Ltd (by manual or computerised means as MISA Travel may determine).
  10. The winner will be notified via email within 2 working days of the draw date and will be required to provide MISA Travel his/her email address to receive a notification letter with information on how to redeem the prize will be attached to it.
  11. Prizes are to be collected by the winners in person with the notification letter and original NRIC at MISA Travel Pte Ltd 531A Upper Cross Street #03-106, Hong Lim Complex Singapore 051531 (Mon - Fri: 10am to 5pm).
  12. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other prizes.
  13. MISA Travel reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the draw at any time without notice. MISA Travel will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage arising in connection with the draw, including without limitation, any error in computing and chances, any breakdown or malfunctions in any computer systems or equipment.
  14. All prized packages and air tickets are exclusive of all taxes, levies, fees, airport pick-up charges, and all other charges.
  15. MISA Travel reserves the right to replace any qualifiers and/or winners subsequently found to be disqualified.
  16. MISA Travel reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria and allocation of lucky draw entitlements from time to time at our absolute discretion./li>
  17. MISA Travel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of this lucky draw from time to time without prior notice.
  18. MISA Travel reserves the right to replace the prizes with other items of similar value without giving prior notice.
  19. MISA Travel’s decision on matters relating to Join to Win eNewsletter Lucky Draw .is final. No dispute or correspondence will be entertained.
  20. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, image, voice and/or likeness by MISA Travel for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
