Day
1 - Arrive Tel Aviv - Jerusalem ( 4 nights )
You are transferred to your hotel in Jerusalem. Enjoy the day at leisure before a Welcome Drink with your Trafalgar Representative and fellow travellers.

Day 2 - Mount Zion - The Old City Of Jerusalem
This morning we make a stop at the Mount of Olives to enjoy a magnificent view of the Old City of Jerusalem. Then we visit the tomb of King David and the room where the Last Supper took place before reaching the area of the Old City. We walk through the newly restored Jewish Quarter to the Western Wall where we see the Dome of the Rock. Later, we follow the Stations of the Cross along the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. ( Israeli Breakfast )

Day 3 - Jerusalem - Dead Sea - Massada - Jerusalem
Our journey takes us through the Judean Desert to the Dead Sea, the lowest spot on earth, passing Qumram, to view the site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. From here we drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Massada where we ascend by cable car to tour the ancient fortress where the Zealots made their last stand against the Romans. Then we explore the excavations of Herod's Palace before having the chance to float in the Dead Sea, time permitting. Afterwards we will return back to Jerusalem. ( Israeli Breakfast )

Day 4 - Jerusalem At Leisure

Day 5 - New City Of Jerusalem - Ein Gev (2 nights)
We make our way to Yad Vashem, the memorial to the six million martyrs of World War II. Then we will visit the Israel Museum where we will see the Shrine of the Book where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed. From here we continue on to see the Knesset, Israel's Parliament, and the Givat Ram Campus of the Hebrew University. Afterwards we leave Jerusalem and travel through the Jordon Valley to reach our hotel where we stay for the next two nights. Tonight we will enjoy a 'Be My Guest' dinner on the Kibbutz and learn about the origins and lifestyle of these unique collective communities.

Day 6 - Nazareth - Tiberias - Golan Heights - Tzfat
First we drive to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation. Then we continue to Capernaum, the old town of Jesus, and on to lovely Tiberias and the Mount of Beatitudes. From here we drive to the Golan Heights where we will view the Sea of Galilee from the former Syrian bunkers. Our final stop will be Tzfat where we will visit the ancient synagogue and artists' colony before returning to Ein Gev ( Israeli Breakfast / Dinner )

Day 7 - Acre - Haifa - Meggido - Caesarea - Tel Aviv (2 nights)
This morning we drive to Acre to visit the fascinating underground crusaders' city. Then on to Haifa where we admire the views of the Bahai Shrine and visit the beautiful Persian Gardens. Next, to Meggido where we see the excavations of Solomon's Stables before heading to Caesarea to see the Roman Statues, the aqueduct and the Roman Theatre. Finally we drive to Tel Aviv where we stay for the next two nights. ( Israeli Breakfast ) Hotel: Dan Panorama Tel Aviv

Day 8 - Tel Aviv At Leisure
Today is a full day at leisure with time to relax before your return flight or explore the city further. ( Israeli Breakfast )

Day 9 - Depart Tel Aviv
