• You must stay at a London hotel booked by Trafalgar on the night of your arrival and departure date.

• Your flights are booked directly by Trafalgar on your Travel Agent provides detailed flight information to Trafalgar no less than 21 days prior to departure. Once transfer are booked, they cannot be changed.

• Trafalgar only includes one inbound and one outbound transfer. Passengers using stop-over tickets en route to a European gateway are not only provided with transfers to and from their trans-atlantic flights.

• In the event of flight delay outside of Trafalgar' control, the transfer ** will be deemed to be cancelled. No refund will be provided for missed transfered.

• All transfers are based on group transfers. No refund is available if service is not used.

• In the event of unforeseen events (such as road or rail works, demonstrations or strikes), Trafalgar will not be responsible for delayed or cancelled transfers.

** Heathrow Airport :
    Transfers departing Heathrow to central London run between 0600 - 2100. Transfers arriving at Heathrow are timed to connect with scheduled flights departing between 0800 - 2300. Transfers outside these times are at passengers' own expense. Transfer are by coach.

** Gatwick Airport :
   Transfers departing Gatwick to central London run between 0600 - 2100. Transfer s arriving at Gatwick are timed to connect with scheduled flights departing between 0900 - 2300. Transfers outside these times are at the passenger's own expense. Transfer are by coach.
