Itinerary

Day 1     Arrive Dublin - Sightseeing
Welcome to Dublin! After check-in, time to relax. Later we enjoy a tour which includes views of Dublin Castle, Trinity College, St. Patrick's Cathedral and Phoenix Park. Your evening is at leisure.            Hotel : Ardmore
Day 2      Dublin – Sligo (2 nights)
First to Boyle to see the Cistercian Abbey ruins, then on to the pilgrimage town of Knock in County Mayo, where villagers saw apparitions of the Virgin Mary, before we continue to Sligo. (Full breakfast / Dinner)                 Hotel : Sligo Southern Hotel
Day 3      Northern Ireland and Donegal Excursion
We travel along the beautiful Donegal coast via Yeat’s country to Bundoran and cross into Northern Ireland to visit the Belleek Pottery Centre. Then we follow the shores of Lough Erne to the town of Enniskillen. (Full breakfast / Dinner)
Day 4     Sligo – Limerick (2 nights)
First to Connemara to stop at Kylemore Abbey, then to Galway city where we hear about Christopher Colombus’ visit on his way to discover America. Finally we travel on to the stunning Cliffs of Moher in County Clare before reaching Limerick. (Full breakfast / Dinner)               Hotel : Jurys Inn
Day 5      Limerick orientation
Today we enjoy an included orientation tour of the city, which was the setting of the film Angela’s Ashes. The tour highlights St. Mary’s Cathedral and King John’s Castle. Later we have time at leisure and the chance to visit the Bunratty Folk Park. (Full breakfast)
Day 6      Limerick – Killarney – Waterville
This morning continue south, visiting Killarney and its lakes before taking a scenic drive across Macgillycuddy Reeks and the Ring of Kerry, completing half of this spectacular trip en route to the hotel. (Full breakfast / Dinner)                       Hotel : Waterville Lake
Day 7      Waterville - Dublin
We complete the other half of the Ring of Kerry drive before continuing to Blarney Castle with the chance to acquire the ‘gift of the gab’ by kissing the Blarney stone. Then back to the capital city, Dublin, for the final night of our tour. (Full breakfast)                  Hotel : Ardmore
Day 8      Depart Dublin
This morning it is time to bid farewell to your Tour Director and new-found friends as your memorable tour of the Emerald Isle comes to an end. (Full breakfast)
