Transfer can be expensive, particularly between the Airport and your London hotel. When you book your Trafalgar tour, we are giving you the opportunity to purchase inexpensive transfers to and from the airport. Trafalgar has negotiated special rates for the National Express DOT 2 DOT transfer from the London Airports to the door of your Trafalgar London hotel.

* Please note that from Gatwick Airport this service utilises the Gatwick Express train to Victoria Station and then you will be transported to  
   your Trafalgar hotel by National Express DOT 2 DOT shuttle.

We sell the National Express DOT 2 DOT transfer only to passengers who stay in one of Trafalgar's London Hotels (book through Trafalgar) on the day of arrival and the night prior to departure.

• You are staying at a London hotel, booked by Trafalgar, on the night of your arrival and the night prior to the date of your departure.

• Flights are either booked by Trafalgar or detailed information on flights is provided by your Travel Agent not less than 21 days prior to departure.

• National Express DOT 2 DOT transfer from Heathrow Airport to your Trafalgar hotel operates between 0600 - 2100. National Express DOT 2 DOT transfer to Heathrow Airport on departure day are timed to connect with scheduled flights operating between 0800 - 2300. National Express DOT 2 DOT transfer to Gatwick Airport on departure day are timed to connect with scheduled flights operating between 0900 - 2300.

• In the event of unforseen events (road or rail works, strikes, demonstrations) Trafalgar will not be head responisble for delayed or cancelled transfers.

• No refund is available for passengers not utilising this service.

The times above apply only on the published arrival and departure dates of the tour chosen, and are the times when the transfer leaves from or arrives at the airport. Transfer are provided in a group basis and regrettably there will be no refund for missed or unused transfer as a result of flight delay or missed connections

With Trafalgar all passengers will receive complimentary arrival and departures transfer on the scheduled arrival and departure day of their tour at the times and cities specified below. Please ensure your Travel Agent reserves your flight to co-ordinate with transfer times shown.

Trafalgar Bonus: Passengers who book Trafalgar's Land + Air package and who arrive  or depart outside of these specified times on the scheduled arriival or departure days of the tour will also be provide with a transfer

Passenger arriving before or leaving after the scheduled tour days are not  entitled to a transfer but may book and purchase one pre and / or post tour hotel night(s) from Trafalgar. Please ask for prices of transfer at the time of booking your extra night accommodation.

Land only passenger arriving or departing on the scheduled tour arrival or departure days but whose flights don't coincide with the listed transfer times  below may also book and purchase these transfers. Flight details must be provided to Trafalgar not less than 21 days before the flight departure.
