USA & Canada - Things To Know Before You Go

Passports & Visas :
To enter and leave the USA, Canada and Mexico all passenger (including children) must be in possession of a valid MACHINE-READABLE passport (please note: the passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond the conclusion of your trip).
It is the responsibility of each passenger to have a valid machine-readable passport and necessary visas, as well as to comply with entry, health and other requirements of the countries visited. Some of our tours enter a country more than once, therefore, multiple-entry visas may be required for some countries.
The Operators and/or their employees and their agents are not responsible for passport, visa requirements, entry, health or other requirements of the countries visited or fry any loss sustained by you for failing to comply with laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of countries visited.

Travel Documents :
Please read the documents and tour literature which are sent to you, approximately three weeks prior to departure. They will contain advice and essential information to make your vacation an enjoyable experience.

Itinerary Variations :
During local or national holidays abroad, certain facilities such as museums, sightseeing tour and shopping may be limited. In such instances, and whenever possible, slight itinerary adjustments may made by Trafalgar Tour to minimize inconvenience to our guests.
Departures in the early and late season are potentially operated in cool weather conditions. Lakes may be frozen, slight itinerary variations may occur and certain activities may not be available due to seasonality or weather conditions. Such restrictions are beyond our control, but should not detract from the touring experience.

Plan Your Budget :
You are advised to do this well in advance and be sure to allocate funds for special events while on tour, such as theatre, celebration meals, shopping and side trips, and most importantly, additional optional tours.
