Young Travelers must be under the age of 18 (5-11 years old for Mexico Tours) years on the tour departure date, and MUST be accompanied by an adult (limit of one Young Traveler per room except on Family Experiences). IMPORTANT: On all escorted tours, children under 5 years old are NOT accepted. The Young Traveler must be the specified age at the time of travel to be eligible for this discount. discount of 5% per person applies to the LAND-only portion of your tour. So
it pays to get together with your family and friends! Space is limited to one group per motorcoach, so book early! These discounts cannot be combined with any other rooming discounts. Names of all passengers traveling together must be advised to Trafalgar at the time of booking in order to qualify. 9 or more : If 9 or more people travel together, we offer attractive group discounts based on the number of people traveling. In a group of 9 passenger, 1 traveler qualifies for a 50% discount of the LAND-only portion of the tour. In a group of 16 passengers, 1 traveler qualifies for 100% discount off the LAND-only portion of the tour. These discounts are not combinable with our Travel Club offer. |

Share a room & Save a great idea for the single traveler |

One of the great benefits of Escorted Travel is the ease of traveling
solo, and with Trafalgar we make it simple by offering the following options
: • Guaranteed Room Share : When traveling alone, we understand that some clients do not want to incur the expense of an additional single room supplement. With this in mind, on the majority of our itineraries, Trafalgar offers you the opportunity to purchase these tours on a "room sharing" basis. We will accommodate you with a fellow passenger of the same gender on a "two-bedded" basis (non-smoking rooms only). Please note that regrettably, we cannot guarantee that roommates will be of similar age group. Even so, it is an enjoyable way to travel and get to make new friends and a positive way to stretch your vacation budget further. If we fail to match you we will provide a single room at no extra cost. Important: This option does not apply to extra night accommodation, any Tour & Cruise combinations, or to the Alaska and Mexico tours. • Single Supplement Value : If you prefer the privacy of your own room, you'll appreciate our low single room supplement. Please see the itinerary of your choice for the supplement. Important : Each tour has a limited number of single rooms and single occupancy may be restricted to certain cabin categories on cruises. |

Three Isn't a Crowd with Trafalgar's Triple Room Sharing Discount ! |

Travel with the three people sharing one room and each of you will receive a
discount off the LAND-only portion of your tour price. Each itinerary list
the triple room reduction per person. Refer to the tour of your choice. Important : Triple room discounts are based on sharing a two-bedded room with existing bedding arrangements This discount is applicable to itineraries featuring the Triple Room Reduction offer only. Triple occupancy on Alaska cruises is strictly limited and on request only. Limit one Young Traveler per room except on Family Experiences tours. • Quad Occupancy on Family Experiences : Four Passengers wishing to share rooms utilising the existing bed configuration, namely two large beds, will have the opportunity to enjoy a quad discount. Each itinerary will list the quad room price reduction per person, see the tour of your choice. These discounts can be combined with the Young Traveler Discount on Family Experiences only. Quad occupancy is not suitable for four adults. |

Section 1 : Travel arrangement Protection • Trip Cancellation up to total trip cost : Reimburses the non-refundable Trafalgar Tours cancellation penalties imposed if your must cancel your trip for a covered reason such as illness, injury or death to you, a traveling companion or an immediate family member. Other reasons for cancellation include Common Carrier-caused delays due to inclement weather, jury duty, subpoena, or a documented traffic accident en route to departure, and other reasons as cited in the plan description. • The Trafalgar tours " Any Reason " Cancellation Waver ** : With the Trafalgar Tours "Any Reason" Cancellation Waiver, Trafalgar Tours will provide you with 100% of the cancellation charges in the form of a future travel credit certificate, should you cancel your tour more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure for any reason that is not eligible for cash reimbursement under the Trip Cancellation section of the Travel Protection Plan. Cancellation charges are reimbursed in the form of Trafalgar Tours Travel Certificates allowing you a two-year credit to travel with us at a later date! Please note that to be eligible for the "Any Reason" Cancellation Waiver, you must enroll and pay for the plan within two days of your initial trip deposit. The certificate is valid for two years, is non-transferable and non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Future travel certificates do not include airfare cancellation charges for air arrangements unless those arrangement were provided by Trafalgar Tours. • Trip Interruption : Up to Total Trip Cost • Trip Delay: Up to US$1000 (US$150/day) |
