These special low-cost airfares are for round-trip travel only, from your nearest airport to and from the cities where your Trafalgar tour starts and ends. With Trafalgar you will receive complimentary arrival and departure transfers by scheduled shuttle, minivan or taxi between designated airports and Trafalgar hotels on the scheduled starting and ending day of your tour. Unable to provide complimentary transfer for anyone arriving before the scheduled starting day of the tour and/or leaving after the scheduled ending day of the tour.

You may however purchase these transfers from Trafalgar provided that you also purchase your additional pre and/or post-tour hotel night(s) from Trafalgar. When booking your extra night(s), please ask for the relevant transfer service(s) to be booked. Please see below for transfer prices.

When direct flights are not available at Trafalgar's contracted rates, we will attempt to provide an alternative of either connecting flights, substitute gateways, alternate dates, or when available, a more expensive booking category. Any additional air travel costs or addition of extra hotel night(s) will be at your own expense. You will be advised of these conditions at the time of booking. If Trafalgar is unable to confirm your air travel, the booking will be revised to the Land Only price.
