Transfers To and From the Airport to your Trafalgar tour Hotel :
With Trafalgar you will receive complimentary arrival and departure transfers by scheduled shuttle, minivan or taxi between designated airports and Trafalgar hotels on the scheduled starting and ending day of your tour. Unable to provide complimentary transfer for anyone arriving before the scheduled starting day of the tour and/or leaving after the scheduled ending day of the tour.
You may however purchase these transfers from Trafalgar provided that you also purchase your additional pre and/or post-tour hotel night(s) from Trafalgar. When booking your extra night(s), please ask for the relevant transfer service(s) to be booked. Please see below for transfer prices.
Please note that for Hawaii tours and Treasures of the Yucatan, flight information must be provided to Trafalgar at the time of booking your tour.

Important Land & Air Package Information :
At Trafalgar we are committed to ensuring you get the very best valued for your traveling dollar. We do appreciate that many offers are made at special prices throughout the year and we would suggest that you compare the best available prices on offer at the time of booking, by discussing this with your Travel Agent. Airlines limit their availability, and prices may be higher at the time you purchase your tour, so we advise you to book as early as possible. For the most up-to-date air-inclusive prices, please contact Trafalgar. Trafalgar will endeavor to provide you with your airline and flight preference. When direct flights are not available at Trafalgar's contracted rates, we will attempt to provide an alternative of either connecting flights, substitute gateways, alternate dates, or when available, a more expensive booking category. Any additional air travel costs or addition of extra hotel night(s) will be at your own expense. You will be advised of these conditions at the time of booking. If Trafalgar is unable to confirm your air travel, the booking will be revised to the Land Only price.
 
 
Airline Fuel Surcharge & Air - Related Taxes, Fees & Restrictions
Fuel Surcharge : Air Price quoted at the time of booking include airline fuel surcharges. Additional taxes, fees and restrictions will apply.
 
Baggage Surcharge : Some Airlines may impose additional charges if you choose to check any baggage. Please contact your airline or refer to its website for detailed information regarding your airline's checked baggage policies.
 
Taxes & Fees : Government entity imposed taxes and fees are not included in air prices listed in this brochure. These include:
• U.S. and International Arrival and Departure Charges of up to $150
• September 11the Security Fee charged at $2.50 per enplanement in the U.S., up to $5 per one way trip or $10 for more than four enplanements.
• Passenger Facility Charges up to $18 per passenger.
• U.S. Flight Segment Tax - For each Domestic segment (takeoff and landing) a charge of $3.30.
• U.S. Customs Fee - $5 is charged to each passenger arriving from outside the U.S. customs territory, excluding Canada, Mexico and U.S. Caribbean.
•Immigration Fee - $7 is charged for travel from any international point into the U.S.
•Agricultural Inspection Fee - $5 per passenger is charged for travel from any international point except Canada into U.S.
•Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed at time of Full Payment.
 
Special Requests : Seat assignment and special meal requests can be requested at time of booking. Frequent Flyer miles cannot be accrued on some air carriers/class of service, please check with the airline. Upgrades using mileage is not permitted. Not all airlines automatically provide pre-reserved seats, add frequent flyer numbers to records, or apply frequent flyer bonus upgrades to flights booked and ticketed by Trafalgar Tours unless they are informed by your Travel Agent. If you have specific air travel requirements or require and alternative routing or special arrangements, we recommend that your Travel Agent reserves your flights directly with the airline of your choice.
 
Gateway Cities : Trafalgar reserves the right to choose the air carrier, routing and gateway airport, and you should be advised that flight schedules in fore at that time may require you make alternative connections or stops en-route to your destination. Trafalgar does not hold blocked space on any airline and does not guarantee air availability for every single tour departure date. You should be advised that during peak travel times, availability in popular gateway cities may not be available due to heavy demand Passengers originating from different gateway cities, and who are sharing a room or traveling with other passenger may not be confirmed on the same airline or routing.
 
Note to our travel partners : On air-Inclusive bookings, air schedules are not confirmed until n invoice is issued showing complete flight details. All first and last names must match the passport names. Once air space is confirmed, any name change or correction will be treated as an air cancellation and normal air cancellation fees will apply. Rebooking of air3 space may incur new flight itinerary and/or increased airfares. Voluntary changes to a confirmed itinerary will incur a $30 amendment fee per transaction plus any additional air costs. No routing, date or routing changes will be permitted after tickets have been issued.
 
The following restrictions will also apply :
• Booking charges: A fee of $30 per person will be charged in addition to airline fees for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Any alterations will risk the loss of air space or increased airfares. Name changes or corrections will be treated as an air cancellation and all normal air cancellation fees will apply. A charge of tour date or tour itinerary within 45 days (50 days for Tour & Train, 80 days for Tour & Cruise) of tour departure* will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
• Airfare fees are based on roundtrip purchase.
• Air cancellation for airline arrangements made by Trafalgar:
Prior to Airline Ticketing: a service Fee $50 per person.
After Airline Ticketing: a service  Fee $75 per person plus any airline imposed penalties which may be up to 100% of the air ticket value.
• Airfares are based on availability of contracted classes of service.
•Airfares must be paid in full 45 days prior to tour departure date (50 days for Tour & Train, 80 days for Tour & Cruise). Land+Air bookings made within 45 days of tour departure (50 days for Tour & Train, 80 days for Tou & Cruise) must be paid in full withing48 hours of booking.
• Saturday night stay may be required on some airfares.
•No show of air flights will be considered a cancellation and will receive no refund.
