| PASSPORT
& VISAS : |
Each passenger is responsible for having a valid
passport that is valid passport that is valid for at least 6 months
beyond the conclusion of their trip, for having all necessary visas, and

multiple-entry visas may be required for some European countries. Please

requirement of the countries visited or for any loss sustained by you
for failing to comply with laws, regulations, orders and / or

| TRAVEL DOCUMENT : |
| Your tour document & literature together
with a stylish document wallet will be sent about 21 days before
departure of the tour. Please read your documents very carefully as they
contain important advice & information regarding your tour. |

| TOUR RE-COMFIRMATION : |
| Like most airlines, Trafalgar requests that if your tour
start in London, you call to re-confirm your tour departure information
on your arrival in London. Our team at the Trafalgar London Reception
Centre will also ask you for contact number, should we need to reach you

| To make your European tour even more hassle-free, take
advantage of our Express Check-in facility. Completing check-in online
means your tour director will be better prepared for your needs &
interests, and you'll be able relax on your first day of tour& not be

facilities such as museum, sightseeing tours & shopping may be limited.
In such instances, and whenever possible Trafalgar tour makes slight
itinerary adjustment to minimize inconvenience to tour members. If,
however, your enjoyment might be diminished by such minor limitations,
