Important thing to know before you go!
 
 
PASSPORT & VISAS :
Each passenger is responsible for having a valid passport that is valid passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip, for having all necessary visas, and for companying will entry, health & other requirements of the countries visited, Some of our tours enter a country more than once, therefore multiple-entry visas may be required for some European countries. Please call us for more detail or relevant government authotrities to obtain the necessary travel information.
The operators and / or their employees & their agents are not responsible for passport, visa requirements, entry, health or other requirement of the countries visited or for any loss sustained by you for failing to comply with laws, regulations, orders and / or requirement of countries visited.
 
TRAVEL DOCUMENT :
Your tour document & literature together with a stylish document wallet will be sent about 21 days before departure of the tour. Please read your documents very carefully as they contain important advice & information regarding your tour.
 
TOUR RE-COMFIRMATION :
Like most airlines, Trafalgar requests that if your tour start in London, you call to re-confirm your tour departure information on your arrival in London. EXPRESS CHECK-IN :
To make your European tour even more hassle-free, take advantage of our Express Check-in facility. Completing check-in online means your tour director will be better prepared for your needs & interests, and you'll be able relax on your first day of tour& not be asked to fill in additional forms. You'll get full details once you've booked Trafalgar tour.
 
HOLIDAYS & CHANGES :
During local or national holiday abroad, certain facilities such as museum, sightseeing tours & shopping may be limited. In such instances, and whenever possible Trafalgar tour makes slight itinerary adjustment to minimize inconvenience to tour members. If, however, your enjoyment might be diminished by such minor limitations, Please check with the respective national tourist office before selecting a departure. Holidays closing days & other circumstances may change the day of the week for scheduled ' dining out ', highlight dinners, sightseeing or other activities. Due to religious festivals or other reasons it will occasionally be necessary to rearrange some itineraries & hotel. Ports of call on Mediterranean cruises may sometimes be subject to alteration if weather conditions do not permit docking.
 
LONDON ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES :
It is essential to allow at least one day before & after your tour if you are joining your Trafalgar tour in London.
 
PLAN YOUR BUDGET :
You are advised to do this well in advance & be sure to allocate funds for specials events while on tour, such as theatre, celebrations meals, shopping & side trips, and especially additional optional excursion.
 
ELECTRICITY :
Most hotel in Europe supply 220 volts. You will need electrical adaptors if you wish to take with your electrical appliances such as a hair dryer or electric razor. Check for your local department store which adaptors you need for the countries you will visit.
