Young Travelers must be under the age of 18 (5-11 years old for Mexico Tours) years on the tour departure date, and MUST be accompanied by an adult (limit of one Young Traveler per room except on Family Experiences). IMPORTANT: Children under 5 years old are NOT accepted on any escorted tour. The Young Traveler must be the specified age at the time of travel to be eligible for this discount. 5 or more - Save 5% : If a group of 5 - 8 people travels together, a
discount of 5% per person applies to the Land-only portion of your tour. So
it pays to get together with your family and friends! Space is limited to one group per motorcoach, so book early! These discounts cannot be combined with any other rooming discounts. Names of all passengers traveling together must be advised to Trafalgar at the time of booking in order to qualify. 9 or more : If 9 or more people travel together, we offer attractive group discounts based on the number of people traveling. In a group of 9 passenger, 1 traveler qualifies for a 50% discount of the Land-only portion of the tour. In a group of 16 passengers, 1 traveler qualifies for 100% discount off the LAND-only portion of the tour. These discounts are not combinable with our Travel Club offer. |

Section 1 : Travel arrangement Protection • Trip Cancellation up to total trip cost : Reimburses the non-refundable Trafalgar Tours cancellation penalties imposed if your must cancel your trip for a covered reason such as illness, injury or death to you, a traveling companion or an immediate family member. Other reasons for cancellation include Common Carrier-caused delays due to inclement weather, jury duty, subpoena, or a documented traffic accident en route to departure, and other reasons as cited in the plan description. • The Trafalgar tours " Any Reason " Cancellation Waver ** : With the Trafalgar Tours "Any Reason" Cancellation Waiver, Trafalgar Tours will provide you with 100% of the cancellation charges in the form of a future travel credit certificate, should you cancel your tour more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure for any reason that is not eligible for cash reimbursement under the Trip Cancellation section of the Travel Protection Plan. Cancellation charges are reimbursed in the form of Trafalgar Tours Travel Certificates allowing you a two-year credit to travel with us at a later date! Please note that to be eligible for the "Any Reason" Cancellation Waiver, you must enroll and pay for the plan within two days of your initial trip deposit. The certificate is valid for two years, is non-transferable and non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Future travel certificates do not include airfare cancellation charges for air arrangements unless those arrangement were provided by Trafalgar Tours. • Trip Interruption : Up to Total Trip Cost • Trip Delay: Up to US$1000 (US$150/day) |
