Itinerary :
  • Day 01 - Arrival in Christchurch
                    On arrival in Christchurch you will be met and transferred to
                    your hotel. Stay one night in Christchurch.

  • Day 02 - Christchurch - Mount Cook - Queenstown
                        Cross across the Canterbury Plains via Lake Tekapo to
                    Mount Cook at mid-day. Continue via the Lindis Pass to
                    Queenstown. Stay three nights in Queenstown. 
     
  • Day 03 - Queenstown - Milford Sound - Queenstown*
                        Travel through the Eglinton Valley and Homer Tunnel to
                    Milford Sound. View Mitre Peak during a cruise on the fiord
                    before returning  to Queenstown.
     
  • Day 04 - In Queenstown
                        A full day for optional activities such as : jet boating,
                    golfing, fishing, the Earnslaw Steamer cruise and     much more.
     
  • Day 05 - Queenstown - Glaciers
                        Travel via Lake Wanaka and the Haast Pass into the
                    Westland World Heritage Park. Stay one night  at Glaciers.
     
  • Day 06 - Glaciers - Greymouth - Christchurch*
                        Travel north to Greymouth, where the TranzAlpine train leaves
                    to traverse Arthur's Pass through the Southern Alps.
                    Stay one night in Christchurch. 
     
  • Day 07 - Departure from Christchurch
                        Free time until you are transferred to catch your flight.

    *Self drive clients have the option of joining coach for Milford Sound or the TranzAlpine train.

                    Continue to thermal Rotorua, stepped in Maori

  • Day 03 - Rotorua - Christchurch (Join Alpine Wonders Day 1)
                        This morning your tour includes a visit to an active
                        thermal area, farm show and trout springs. Transfer
                    to your flight to Christchurch. *Flight not included.
