are offered at anytime of day, providing we receive correct flight
information. Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers by motorcoach are available for all other European gateways and these operate at

Any passengers whose flight times do not coincide with
the transfer timings may choose to book and buy a transfer. Also, passengers
arriving before or leaving after the scheduled tour day may book and buy a
transfer through Insight providing they also buy the additional pre and post
hotel night(s) from Insight. Note that flight timings must be supplied to
Insight no later than 21 days before flight departure.

To protect yourself against these and other eventualities, you should ask your Travel Agent about a suitable insurance policy. N.B. This scheme is applicable only in the event that you provide documentary proof of having a visa application refused by the embassy.
