Airport Transfers
Complimentary airport transfers are included on the arrival and departure day of your tour. Should you arrive or depart at other times, you can chose from the inexpensive transfers via scheduled shuttle service, taxi, or mini van. Prices below are for one-way transfers between the designated airport and tour hotel. These transfers are only available when purchasing the pre & post-tour accommodation featured in the price panel.
* Arrival transfers in Mexico City and Honolulu are by private car include a Meet & Greet service inside the airport's arrival hall.

Cancellation fee waiver
US$129 per person
Cancellation
Security : By purchasing Cancellation Fee Waiver, you are covered
for the following :
• Should you cancel your Insight tour for any reason up to 15 days prior to arrival, your deposit and / or payment to Insight will be refunded, minus the charge for the Cancellation Fee Waiver.
• Should you cancel within 14 - 01 days prior to the tour departure, you will be charged only 25% of the tour cost, rather than 55%
• Should your travel companion leave at any time during the tour for personal sickness reasons or be required to return home due to injury, illness, or death, you and your companion will be refunded US$40 per person per day for the unused portion of the tour ( note that in same cases hotels require one night cancellation fee ). A doctor's certificate is required.
N.B. The Cancellation Fee Waiver covers the Land arrangements made by Insight Vacations only and excludes tours with cruise and rail components. The Cancellation Fee Waiver must be booked at time of making your reservation but can be paid for at time of making final payment. The Cancellation Fee Waiver is not refundable for any reason. ^ Please note that in some cases hotels require a one night cancellation fee. |

No Currency Surcharges
Currencies continually fluctuate, but with
Insight, once you have paid your deposit in FULL, your LAND price is
guaranteed & any subsequent LAND cost increase are at OUR expense.
N.B. This guarantee excludes
government taxes, any imposed fuel surcharges, any airlines surcharges that
are part of the LAND packages, cruise company surcharges, and international
airline fuel surcharges or fare increases ( affecting all international
airlines ). Surcharges within these exceptions are outside our control & may
be applied, regardless of payment status, fully paid or not, at any time
during the booking process ( or may occasionally be required to be paid
while on tour ). |
