| Airport Transfers On all tours, Complimentary round-trip airport transfer are included on the arrival & departure day of your tour. Should you arrive or depart at other times, Insight is pleased to offer inexpensive transfers via scheduled shuttle service, taxi, or mini van. Prices below are for one-way transfers between the designated airport & tour hotel. These transfers are only available when purchasing the pre & post-tour accommodation featured in the price panel. * Arrive transfer in Mexico City is by private car & includes a Meet & Greet service by your chauffer inside the airport's arrival hall

Cancellation fee waiver US$89 per person, per tour IN the event that America, Canada or Mexico should not grant you a visa, we have devised this unique scheme to protect you against the necessary cancellation fees. The cancellation fee waiver is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable. It does not apply to cancellations due to changes of mind or for medical reasons. N.B. This scheme is applicable only in the event that you provide documentary proof of having a visa application refused by the embassy. Does not apply to bookings within 14 days prior to departure date, bookings with 5 or more passengers, and all tours that include rail and / or cruises. |

No Currency Surcharges Currencies continually fluctuate, but with Insight, once you have paid your deposit in FULL, your LAND price is guaranteed and any subsequent LAND cost increase are at OUR expense. N.B. This guarantee excludes government taxes, any imposed fuel surcharges, any airlines surcharges that are part of the LAND packages, cruise company surcharges, and international airline fuel surcharges or fare increases ( affecting all international airlines ). Surcharges within these exceptions are outside our control and may be applied, regardless pf payment status, fully paid or not, at any time during the booking process ( or may occasionally be required to be paid while on tour ). |

Even if the number in your party changes, you can be confident in the knowledge that you are traveling on an already established tour perfected by experts. * If 5 to 8 people book together we offer a discount of 5% per person * If 9 or more people book together the 9th person travels at half price, so you can divide the saving between your group as you wish. * If 16 or more people book together the 16th person travels is free. Note : All bookings must be made together at the same time through the same travel agent. The first step is to visit your travel agent. Insight has a Special Group Tours department staffed by a team of expert tour planners. The extra resources of this group are available to you via your travel agent. To assist you when booking ahead, we have designated a great many tours as Definite Departure ( DEF ); these are guaranteed to operate and we will regularly update our website at www.insightvacations.com with the latest listings for each itinerary. Don't worry if the departure of your choice is not yet designated as DEF - we adjust our capacity each year to ensure that the vast majority of tours operate as schedule. |
