General Cruise Terms & Conditions
 
Visa / Passport Requirements and Passage Restrictions :
• Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents & Entry Visas are in order prior to departure from their home country. Visa and immigration regulations vary depending on the travel destinations and the nationalities of the passengers.
• Only International Passport can be used and must have at least 6 months' validity from the date of sailing.
• Any child whose travel documents is attached to the parent's passport must travel with the same accompanying parent.
• Passage for a pregnant woman will only be permitted before her 24th week of pregnancy at the time of sailing.
• No refund will be made to passengers who are denied embarkation for non-compliance of immigration requirements.
• All booking subject to individual cruise line promotion.
 
 
Terms and Conditions
1. SGD$1000 non-refundable deposit per person required upon booking & full payment 70 / 90 days before departure.
2. Cancellation fees :
 
Days prior to Sailing Date Charges per person
70 days and above S$400 handling charge
69 to 46 days Deposit amount of tour fare
45 to 15 days 50% of the tour fare
14 or less days 100% of the tour fare inclusive of port charges
3. 3rd / 4th rates are based on guests occupying the 3rd / 4th berth in a cabin.
4. Ticket may have no refund value and are not transferable once issued. As such, in the event of cancellation or amendment once authorization is given to issue tickets, customer will have to bear full amount of bulk tickets' prices.
5. All information and prices quoted are subjected to space availability and changes without prior notice.
6. Travel documents issued only after final payment will be received by cruise line. Tickets may have no refund value and are not transferable once issued. As such, in the event of cancellation.
7. The Company shall not be held responsible for the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities of tours members resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property.

Cruise Line and MISA Travel are not responsible for any cabin refunds or compensation to passengers who have been denied boarding due to non-compliance of the above 7 requirements and restrictions.
