Car Rental Booking Policy
For Booking of Car Rental, Please take note of the following condition
- Notification of cancellation of booking must be made in writing and confirmed by the Company to be effective and avoid misunderstanding.
- The following cancellation fees may be levied accordingly:
- More than 30 days prior to departure: 30% of total tour cost.
- Between 29 and 8 days prior to departure: 50% of total tour cost.
- Less than 7 days prior to departure: 75% of total tour cost.
- No Show: 100% of total tour cost.
- Misa Travel does not guarantee any booking until it has been confirmed and payment has been made out to Misa Travel in full.
