How do I enter the name correctly?

How you enter your name is important is it will be sent to the airline when making a reservation. If the name is entered incorrectly, your reservation may be invalid or you may be denied boarding on the day of departure. Hence, please ensure that you enter the traveller's name exactly as it is printed on the traveller's passport.

If the name printed on the passport is Wu Ming Shi, you should enter the name as follows:

Chinese with English Names

If the name printed on the passport is John Wu Ming Shi or Wu Ming Shi John, you should enter the name as follows:

Malay Names

Please enter the name according to the passport. However, please omit the patronymic phrase (B. and Bte.). If the name printed on the passport is Musa bin Osman, you should enter the name as follows:

Indian Names

Please enter the name according to the passport. However, please omit the patronymic phrase (S/O and D/O). If the name printed on the passport is Anbuselvan s/o Ramanan, you should enter the name as follows:
