Due to London Airport closure, with immediate effect,
rebooking charges will be waived for all tickets
issued worldwide (irrespective of fare type) on/ before 18 December 2010
for travel on CX with London flights departing between 18 Dec and 24 Dec
2010.
Details as follows :
1. CX/ KA Ticket Stock
a) Cancellation/ Refund/ Rerouting. No waiver on cancellation, refund and
rerouting charges.
b) Rebooking charges will be waived on conditions that :
- Such requests are made on/before 24 December 2010 and before departure,
for travel on CX with LHR flights departing between 18 and 24 December 2010.
- No show passenger is not eligible for the waiver
- Revised (new) travel date must be on/ before 15 January 2011 and subject
to flight availability. In which case, the expiry date will be adjusted
accordingly.
- The newly rebooked sector must observe and conform to the conditions of
the respective fare rule, e.g. black out dates, flight application, stopover
surcharges and
applicable seasonalities, by collecting additional/ refunding
difference (if any) as appropriate.
- Reissuance charges will only be waived due to the expiry of the original
ticket. |
