With
effect from 06 May 2008, do note the restrictions on unchecked
baggage's weight and volume on Air China domestic flights :
- First class passengers are allowed
two carry-on bags that cannot exceed 5kg in weight.
- Business class passenger are
allowed one carry-on bags that cannot exceed 5kg in weight
- Economy class passenger are
allowed one carry-on bags that cannot exceed 5kg (11lbs) in weight
and dimensions of 55cm (21 inches) in length , 40cm (15 inches) in
width and 20cm (7 inches) in height.
- Baggage exceeding the above free
baggage allowance should be checked.
- Unchecked baggage should be
suitable for placing into the closed overhead compartment or under
the seat in front of passengers
Articles that can not be transported
in carry -on baggage.
Passengers are not allowed to carry in their carry-on baggage any
dangerous articles such as guns, knives, sharp, or lethal weapons,
or animals.
