Due to increased fuel
price, a fuel surcharge was introduced within Denmark, Finland, Norway,
Sweden, Scandinavia and Europe from 06 May 08, On Intercontinental
fares the surcharge was already applicable
Application
The surcharge is collected on all SK / KF open fares (irrespective of
carrier). The surcharge is collected per sector and is shown in the fare
calculation as a Q, If more than one Q - surcharge applies per sector, e.g.
UM and fuel surcharge, the surcharge will be inserted as one total Q -
surcharge
