TICKET RESTRICTIONS
- Please refer to
Ticketing Abbreviation
- E - Ticket: Full payment
must be made immediately upon last day of sales period, otherwise,
Misa Travel cannot guarantee that seats will not be auto-cancelled
by the Flight Reservation system
- Valid on E-Ticket only. A Q-surcharge
of S$50 will be applicable if issued on paper tickets to destination.
- Tickets are non-Endorsable, non-Reroutable
and non-Transferable and Valid on Royal Brunei only except Singapore
to Bandar Seri Begawan where code-share flight is eligible
- Date Change:
• Permitted within validity subject to
availability
• A reissue fee of S$75 apply
- Stopover:
• No stopover is
permitted in Bandar Seri Begawan for outbound journey and this
must be clearly indicated with an *x*
upon ticket issuance.
• Surcharge of S$200 apply
if outbound stopover in Bandar Seri Begawan is required. Same
surcharge apply per
stopover
in any immediate point of multi-leg flights
- Permitted Combinations :
~ End -on and side trip combinations are not permitted.
~ Mixed booking class in the same cabin class of travel is
permitted for round trip and turnaround open - jaw journey.
Please apply 1/2 of each round trip fares based on the applicable
booking classes. Inbound booking class must be higher
than outbound booking class. Most restrictive rule apply. Unless
otherwise specified, first International outbound date shall
determine the season of the entire journey.
- Reissue : Permitted within the same fare conditions
or to the next applicable higher fare with fare difference
provided all the
ticketing conditions are met plus SGD 100
- Cancellation / Refunds:
• Totally unused
tickets
- An admin fee of S$125 will be imposed on unutilized ticket
within a year from date of issuance
• Partially Unused
tickets -
Refund, if any. will be the difference between the fare paid and
the one-way fare
for the
journey completed less refund of S$125
- No Show Fee : S$150 will
be imposed if a confirmed ticketed seat is not cancelled or
fail to cancel before the departure
date when it is not intend materialize
- Ticketing:
• An admin fee of S$75 will
apply for reissue for outbound date change / next applicable
higher fare with fare difference
( The above will apply provided all
ticketing conditions are met & before expiry of ticket )
• Tickets are allowed to be re-issued
from fare to higher fare
• All expired tickets are not
allowed for revalidation or refund
- Infant
Fares: Children under 2 years ( not occupying seat ) pay
10% of normal published fare
- Infant occupying a Seat : Child fare
- Unaccompanied Fare
: 100% of applicable adult fare.
- Free Baggage
Allowance:
Standard free baggage allowance by cabin applies for all fare
types except SD ( student ), CW ( Contract Workers ) & SC
( Seamen ) will be eligible for extra 10KGS on top of the standard
free baggage allowance & SC ( Seamen ) will be eligible for
extra 20kgs on top of the standard free baggage allowance . All these must be supported with relevant
documents or identified certificates
- Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes,
and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed
because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines
and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations.
Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed
at the point of ticket issuance
- Check in time at Singapore airport
2 hours / 3 hours prior to flight departure
ENTRY VISA(S) AND
TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT
In order to ensure a smooth and hassle free
trip, we would like to seek your kind attention to take special
notice of the following important reminders:-
- Passengers' name in the booking
must be spelt exactly in the same manner as stated in the passenger's
passports.
- Passports should still have a
minimum of 6 months validity upon completion of the journey.
- It is the passenger's responsibility
to obtain all Entry Visa or Transit Visa that are required to
enter the country of destination or stopovers.
- Transit Visas must be duly obtained
if the plane's flight path involved a Transit or Stopover in
another country like for example, a Transit in Australia whilst
en route to New Zealand or a stopover in the United States whilst
en route to Canada.
- Passengers are advised to check
carefully for any errors or omissions in the booking details,
flight itineraries, air tickets, and hotel vouchers IMMEDIATELY
upon receiving them. Please take note you may encounter significant
inconveniences and may even have your travel plans aborted if
errors are discovered only enroute or upon check-in at the Changi
Airport.
