  • Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable, non-extension and valid on VN flights only
  • Add-on fare combination : Permitted on Economy class add-on fares only

  • Rebook : Permitted for the whole group with rebook fee of S$100, subject to the same booking class and within ticket's validity
  • Reroute : Not permitted
  • Refund : Permitted if the minimum group size is not affected with S$100.No refund for partially-used ticket
  • Extension of validity : Not permitted
  • Accompanied child : 75% of applicable adult fare (Ratio limit of 1 adult to 2 children)

  •  Passports should still have a minimum of 6 months validity upon completion of the journey.
  •  It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all Entry Visa  or Transit Visa that are required to enter the country of destination or stopovers.
  •  Transit Visas must be duly obtained if the plane's flight path involved a Transit or Stopover in another country like for example, a Transit in Australia whilst en route to New Zealand or a stopover in the United States whilst en route to Canada.
  •  Passengers are advised to check carefully for any errors or omissions in the booking details, flight itineraries, air tickets, and hotel vouchers IMMEDIATELY upon receiving them.
