TICKET RESTRICTIONS

• Please refer to Ticketing Abbreviation
• Tickets are valid on SQ only and Student only
• E - Ticket : Full payment must be made immediately upon last day of sales period, otherwise, 
                   Misa Travel cannot guarantee that seats will not be auto-cancelled by the Flight Reservation system
• All fares listed are valid for travel on all SQ flights except SQ1000 to SQ7999 and SQ9000 to SQ9999 series
• Eligibility : ~Further education only
                    ~Student pass or Letter Acceptance into the school must be submitted upon ticket issuance through BSP
• Stopovers / transfers : Not permitted
• Open jaw : Permitted between Adelaide,Brisbane,Melbourne,Sydney,Perth,Auckland,Christchurch
• Permitted combinations : ~End-on and side trip combinations are not permitted
                                           ~Turnaround open jaw is not permitted
• Changes / Cancellation / Refund : ~Rebooking / Revalidation - Permitted provided all the ticketing conditions are met
                                                        ~Rerouting / Reissue - Permitted within the same fare conditions or to the next
                                                          applicable higher fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met
                                                        ~At any time, fare may be used as credit towards payment of any SQ fare of equal or
                                                          higher value reassessed from point of origin provided the conditions of the new fares
                                                          are met
• Refund : ~For totally unused tickets - S$125 will apply
                ~Partially unused tickets - refund, if any, will be the difference the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey
                                                       completed less the refund admin fee of S$125
• No show : In all cases of reissue, rerouting and refund, proof of cancellation for the reservations ex-SIN on original ticket
                   must be submitted and S$200 will apply
• Child / Infant : Not permitted
• Baggage Allowance : 40kgs
• Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations
  Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance
• Check in time at Singapore airport 2 hours / 3 hours prior to flight departure
