Permitted provided all the ticketing conditions are met. Tickets must be reissued to reflect the new changes in flights / dates

Totally unused ticket : a cancellation fee of S$200 will apply

Partially used ticket : Refund, if any,  will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey completed, less cancellation fee of S$200 per ticket

In all cases of reissue and refund, proof of cancellation for the confirmed SQ reservations of the original ticket must be submitted. Otherwise, a no-show fee of USD200 will be applicable per sector

Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations. Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance

Full payment must be made immediately upon ticketing deadline, otherwise, Misa Travel cannot guarantee that seats will not be auto-cancelled by the Flight Reservation system

Name change is strictly not allowed

In the event of Cancellation/Amendment/Refund of a ticket sold, an administrative  fee of $50.00* is payable in addition to the charges imposed by the respective airlines. It is also to be noted that some tickets have no refund value or cannot be cancelled/amended as per conditions set by the airlines as part of the conditions of sale.
