- For totally unused tickets - a cancellation fee of USD150 will apply
- Partially unused ticket - refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey

No Show Fee -

In all cases of reissue, rerouting and refund, proof of cancellation for the reservations ex-SIN on original ticket must be submitted. Otherwise, USD300 for Business class or USD200 for Economy Class will apply

 
Remarks - Open dated tickets are not permitted  
- Permitted combinations : End-on combination is not permitted. All round trip fares listed may be combined half round trip basis to form round trips, circle trips journeys and turnaround open jaw journeys  
- Rerouting / Reissue : Permitted within the same fare conditions or to next applicable higher fare with fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met  
Reservation & Ticketing - Reservations required for all sectors. Ticketing must show confirmed reservations  
Mileage - Not Applicable  
Stopover - Not permitted. Surface sector travel between 2 stopovers point are not permitted  
- For round trip fares to Danang and Phnom Penh, one stopover in Siem Reap is permitted at S$120  
- For round trip fares to Siem Reap, one stopover in Danang is permitted at S$120  
- For round trip fares to Davao, one stopover in Cebu is permitted at S$120  
- For round trip fares to Cebu, one stopover in Davao is permitted at S$120  
Open Jaw - Permitted between MI destinations : Mataram / Balikpapan / Kota Kinabalu / Chiang Mai / Cebu / Danang / Davao / Phuket / Kuching / Langkawi / Manado / Medan / Penang / Phnom Penh / Siem Reap and SQ South East Asia destinations : Bangkok / Bandar Seri Begawan / Bali / Hanoi / Jakarta / Kuala Lumpur / Manila / Ho Chi Minh

Taxes -

Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations. Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance

 
E - Ticket -

Full payment must be made immediately upon ticketing deadline, otherwise, Misa Travel cannot guarantee that seats will not be auto-cancelled by the Flight Reservation system

In the event of Cancellation/Amendment/Refund of a ticket sold, an administrative  fee of $50.00* is payable in addition to the charges imposed by the respective airlines.
