BOOKING CONDITIONS

- Tickets must be issued at least 7 days prior to departure or within 72 hours after reservation are made, or whichever is earlier.
- Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to departure for sectors up to and including the first intercontinental sector
TICKET RESTRICTIONS
- Please refer to Ticketing Abbreviation
- Application : - Fares apply for travel on AF / AM / AZ / CM / CO / CZ / DL / KE / KL / KQ / NW / OK / SU / UX
- Travel must commence from and return to the same country
- For the purpose of this rule, USA & Canada / Scandinavia / South America / Southwest Pacific / China & Hong Kong / Middle East are
considered as one country
- Africa / Asia / Europe / Middle East / North America / South America and Southwest Pacific are considered 7 different continents
- Travel between points in Central America and points in South America / North America / Mexico shall not be considered
INTERCONTINENTAL travel
- Travel is limited to one flight over the Atlantic and one flight over the Pacific and one flight between Area 2 and Area 3
- For Business Class - On sectors within / between the Continental US / Canada where business class is not offered passengers will be
accommodated in First Class, subject to availability of seats at the time of booking at a ''Q'' surcharge of USD100
per flight segment.No surcharge applies for passengers paying First Class level
- Reservations / Ticketing : - One sectors may be booked at any time
- Reservations without ticket numbers are subject to cancellation.Individual carriers ticketing time limits will apply
- On sectors where First / Business Class is not offered or available at the time of booking,passengers will be
accomodated in the next lower class.No refund will apply
- Tickets must be on the stock of AF / AM / AZ / CM / CO / CZ / DL / KE / KL / KQ / NW / OK / SU / UX only
- No endorsement required between the Skyteam carriers when reissued
- Minimum Stay : Travel on last international sector must commence no earlier than 10 days after commencement of the first international sector.
- Maximum Stay : Return travel from last international stopover must commence no later than 12 months after departure
- Flight Restrictions: - Not valid on AF4400-4999, 7100-7288, 8000-9999
- Not valid on AM3000-4999, 7000-7399, 9120-9121, 9300-9399, 9563-9564
- Not valid on AZ3000-3999, 7000-7999
- Not valid on CO3160-3199, 490-4999,6240-6289
- Not valid on DL5913-6057, 7780-7849, 8660-8709, 8840-9124, 9840-9899
- Not valid on KE5000-5999, 7000-7999
- Not valid on KL2500-2996, 2999-3119, 3130-4349, 7100-7399
- Not valid on NW3840-4299, 4900-5099
- Not valid on OK3320-3370, 4000-4189, 4192-4625, 4630-4719, 4730-4743, 4470-4999
- Not valid in SU 401-500,500,601-700, 1401-1700
- Transfers : - Only 2 transfers permitted at a single city
- 2 transfers are permitted in the country of origin.
- Combinations: Skyteam RTW can be issued in conjunction with 1 Skyteam Europe Pass and 1 Skyteam America Pass.
- Surface Sectors : Mileage for surface sectors must be included in the maximum permitted mileage calculation
- Stopover : - MINIMUM: 3 STOPOVERS and MAXIMUM: 15 STOPOVERS except for RTWSKY4 - maximum 5 stopovers permitted
- Maximum of one stopover permitted in any one city.
- Maximum 5 stopovers permitted within Australia / Continental USA / Canada
- Maximum 3 stopovers permitted within Japan.
- Maximum 3 stopovers permitted within China (including Hong Kong)
- A flight coupon without confirmed space constitutes a stopover.
- The following airports are the same:
1. NYC / JFK / LGA / EWR
2. BWI / DCA / IAD / WAS
3. FLL / MIA / PBI
4. LAX / ONT / SNA / BUR
5. OAK / SFO / SJC
6. OSA / ITM / KIX
- Penalties:
(A) Changes before departure
- Before ticketing deadline - Permitted. Once ticketed a fee of USD115 applies per transaction for rebooking / revalidation / rerouting
- After ticketing deadline - No changes permitted up to and including first intercontinental sector.Other sectors rebooking/revalidation/rerouting permitted at a charge of USD115 per transaction.
- Change fee does not apply when confirming open segments.
- Fees do not apply in the case of death of passenger as evidenced by a certificate. Members of the passengers immediate family or accompanying passengers may reroute the remainder of the journey without charge.
- Fees do not apply to infant fare.
(B) Changes after departure
- No changes permitted on remaining outbound sectors up to and including first intercontinental sector.For all other sectors rebooking/ revalidation/ rerouting permitted for a fee of USD115 per transaction.
- Fees do not apply when confirming open segments.
- Fees do not apply in the case of death of passenger as evidenced by a certificate.Members of the passengers immediate family or accompanying passengers may reroute the remainder of the journey without charge.
- Fees do not apply to infant fare.
- Cancellations before departure
- Full refund will apply
- After ticketing deadline, cancel/no-show/refund, a fee of USD165 will apply.
- Fees do not apply to infant fares
- Cancellations after departure
- Refund will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey travelled
- No refund when downgrading from higher RTW fare to lower RTW
- Credit towards further transportation - Tickets may be upgraded from a lower RTW fare to a higher RTW fare upon payment of the difference in fare recalculated from the point of origin plus the reissue fee of USD115
- Fees do not apply to infant fares
- Children / Infants : - Accompanied Child (2-11 years old) : 75% of Adult Fare
- Unaccompanied child not accepted
- Infant under 2 years old without a seat: 10% of Adult Fare
- Infant under 2 years old with a seat: 75% of Adult Fare
- Baggage Allowance : - Piece concept shall apply for the entire journey.
- Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations.
Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance

| In order to ensure a smooth and hassle free
trip, we would like to seek your kind attention to take special notice of the
following important reminders : |

- Passengers' name in the booking must be spelt exactly in
the same manner as stated in the passenger's passports.
- Passports should still have a minimum of 6 months
validity upon completion of the journey.
- It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all Entry
Visa or Transit Visa that are required to enter the country of destination or
stopovers.
- Transit Visas must be duly obtained if the plane's
flight path involved a Transit or Stopover in another country like for example,
a Transit in Australia whilst en route to New Zealand or a stopover in the
United States whilst en route to Canada.
- Passengers are advised to check carefully for any errors
or omissions in the booking details, flight itineraries, air tickets, and hotel
vouchers IMMEDIATELY upon receiving them. Please take note you may encounter
significant inconveniences and may even have your travel plans aborted if errors
are discovered only enroute or upon check-in at the Changi Airport.
