Travel on the last international sector must commence no earlier than 10day after commencement of the first international sector :
Exception 1 -
For travel originating in Europe - middle east travel on the last intercontinental sector must commence no earlier than 10days

For travel originating south west pacific / Hong Kong / Japan. first and business class - none

Maximum stay :
Return travel from the last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure

Rebooking Fee -

(Prior to departure) Changes to date / time / oneworld carrier / inventory changes are permitted provided ticketed points remains the
same. If the first flight coupon is being changes, and the fare level has increased since ticket issuance, the difference between the ols and new fare will  be charged. If the fare level has decreased since ticket issuance, no refund will apply. Exception : Fare fares originating in North / South America, changes to the first international flight and preceeding flights are not permitted less than 7 days prior to the date of the first ticketed flight. Changes other than to date / time / oneworld carrier / inventory permitted at a charge of USD160 per transaction. If the fare level has increase since ticket issuance, the difference between the old and new fare will also be charged. If the fare level has decreased since ticket issuance, no refund will apply

(After departure) Date / time / oneworld carrier / inventory changes are permitted provided ticketed points remain the same. Charge other than to date / time / oneworld carrier / inventory permitted at a charge USD160 per transaction. No show requires rebooking at a charge of USD160. If the rerouting results in an increase to the number of continents or extra flight segments previously charged, the ticket shall be recalculated. Ticket may be reissued at any applicable Explorer fare validating all rules of the new fare except for restrictions on retroactive use. Rerouting penalty applies when the resulting fare is less than or equal to the original fare. No refund applies

 
Cancellation Fee -

After ticket issuance : Cancellation / No show : Forfeit 10% of ticketed fare for Economy Class Fares. Forfeit 5% of ticketed fare for Business / First Class fares

In case of refusal of official documents / entry permit / visa a full refund will apply provided official documentation from the approved authority is produced and attached to the refund request

For partially used transportation the refund if any will be the difference between the fare paid and the fare for the transportation used less the penalty amount specified as above

Note : For tickets sold in Venezuela any full or partial refund must be processed through the original issuing location in Venezuela

- Travel must be in a continuous forward direction between North America, South America - Europe, Middle East, Africa - Asia,
   South West Pacific. Backtracking within a continent is permitted except backtracking between Hawaii and other points in North
   America is not permitted
- Travel may originate at an point for which fares are published and must terminate at the same point, except that origin
   destination surface segments are permitted as within the country of origin, Within the Middle East, Between the United States
   and Canada, Between Hong Kong and China, Between Malaysia and Singapore, Within Africa, Between Maldives & Sri
    Lanka / India
- Travel may not be via the point of origin
- Only one intercontinental departure and one intercontinental arrival permitted in each continent except 2 permitted in North
   America when one is a transfer without stopover. 2 permitted in Asia when one is a transfer without stopover or on direct
   single plane service between the Southwest Pacific and Europe
- For travel to/from or via Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania two permitted in Europe when one is a transfer without
  stopover between Ghana / Nigeria / Kenya / Uganda / Tanzania and other continent
- Only one international departure and one international arrival from / to the country of origin permitted. Exception : 2 permitted
   for origin USA when one arrival departure is a transfer without stopover. Note - travel between USA and Canada is not counted
   as international
- Intermediate surface sectors are permitted at the passenger's expense. Transoceanic surface sectors between North
  America and South America - Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America and South America - Asia, South West Pacific are
  not permitted. Exception : For travel originating in the South West Pacific, one transoceanic surface between North America
  and South America - Europe, Middle East, Africa or North America and South America - Asia, South West Pacific is permitted

A minimum of 3 and maximum of 16 segments, including surface segments between any 2 airports, are permitted for the
  entire journey. Free flight

- Transfers / Routings : Unlimited online / interline transfers permitted between AA / AY / BA / CX / IB / JC / JO / KA / LA / MA / MX / NU / QF / RJ / XL / 4M  
- Permitted combinations : Add-ons and combinations with other fares are not permitted  
- Voluntary changes / Rerouting / Penalties : Penalties as described below may be waived in case of certified death / illness of the passenger pr passenger's immediate family or accompanying passenger

Reservation & Ticketing - For travel originating in North American and South America : Reservations for the first international flight and all preceeding flights are required at least 7 days prior to departure of the first flight. Subsequent segments may be open-dated. Tickets must be issued at least 7 days in advance of the first flight  
- For travel originating in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, South West Pacific : Reservations for the first international flight and all preceeding flights must be made prior to departure. Subsequent segments may be open-dated. Tickets may be issued up to one hour prior to departure. Exception :

Taxes -

Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations. Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance

 
E - Ticket -

Full payment must be made immediately upon ticketing deadline, otherwise, Misa Travel cannot guarantee that seats will not be auto-cancelled by the Flight Reservation system

In the event of Cancellation/Amendment/Refund of a ticket sold, an administrative  fee of $50.00* is payable in addition to the charges imposed by the respective airlines. It is also to be noted that some tickets have no refund value or cannot be cancelled/amended as per conditions set by the airlines as part of the conditions of sale.

 
- Infant fare : Infant under 2 without a seat, charge 10% of fare. If an infant reaches 2 years of age after travel has commenced but before travel is complete, a full child fare ticket must be purchased for the entire journey
