provided ticketed points remains the
same. If the first flight coupon is being changes, and the fare level
has increased since ticket issuance, the difference between the ols
and new fare will be charged. If the fare level has decreased since
ticket issuance, no refund will apply. Exception : Fare fares
originating in North / South America, changes to the first
international flight and preceeding flights are not permitted less
than 7 days prior to the date of the first ticketed flight. Changes
other than to date / time / oneworld carrier / inventory permitted at
a charge of USD160 per transaction. If the fare level has increase
since ticket issuance, the difference between the old and new fare
will also be charged. If the fare level has decreased since ticket
issuance, no refund will apply |

oneworld carrier / inventory changes are permitted provided ticketed
points remain the same. Charge other than to date / time / oneworld
carrier / inventory permitted at a charge USD160 per transaction. No
show requires rebooking at a charge of USD160. If the rerouting
results in an increase to the number of continents or extra flight
segments previously charged, the ticket shall be recalculated. Ticket
may be reissued at any applicable Explorer fare validating all rules
of the new fare except for restrictions on retroactive use. Rerouting
penalty applies when the resulting fare is less than or equal to the
original fare. No refund applies |

following airlines which are affiliated with/or wetlease provides to
oneworld - (American Airlines) American Eagle including flights
operated by Executive Air, American Connection and including flights
operated by Chautauqua / (Japan Airlines) J-Air / (Lan Airlines) Lan
Express / (Mexicana) Mexicana Click, MexicanaLink / (Qantas) Alliance
Airlines, QantasLink operated by Eastern Australia, Jetconnect,
National Jet Systems and Sunstate Airlines
- Travel may originate at any point for which fares are published and
must terminate at the same point, except that origin
destination surface segments are permitted within country of origin
and between USA and Canada
- Travel may not be via the point of origin
- Travel is not permitted via countries west of Thailand
- Surface travel and use of other carriers between intermediate points
along the circle which are not operated by AA / BA / CX /
JC / JL / JO / KA / LA / LP / MX / NU / QF / XL / 4M is permitted
at the passenger's expense and must be ticketed separately.
