Totally unused ticket : Refund permitted with cancellation fee of S$200 per ticket

Partially used ticket (if any) : Refund amount based on the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey completed, less cancellation fee of S$200 per ticket

In all cases of reissue and refund, proof of cancellation for the reservations ex-SIN on original ticket must be submitted. Otherwise, a no-show fee of USD300 for Business Class sectors or USD200 for Economy Class sectors will apply

Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations. Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance

Full payment must be made immediately upon ticketing deadline, otherwise, Misa Travel cannot guarantee that seats will not be auto-cancelled by the Flight Reservation system

In the event of Cancellation/Amendment/Refund of a ticket sold, an administrative  fee of $50.00* is payable in addition to the charges imposed by the respective airlines. It is also to be noted that some tickets have no refund value or cannot be cancelled/amended as per conditions set by the airlines as part of the conditions of sale.
