    - End-on combination is not permitted
    - Apply the specific Business Class - One Year Ticket for mixed class journey of economy class and business class to the same destinations
    - All round trip fare may be combined on a half round trip basis to form turnaround open jaw journey
  • Revalidation :
    -     Permitted provided all the ticketing conditions are met. Tickets must be reissued where there has been name correction,fare difference or no show fee
      incurred
    - Exception : Ticket must be reissued with change fee of S$80/ticket for changes on Penang / Kuala Lumpur Economy Class One way fares.Revaldaition is
      not permitted
  • Reissue / Rerouting :
    - Permitted within the same fare condition or to be the next applicable higher fare with fare difference,provided all the ticketing conditions are met.
    - Exception : Reissuance fee of S$30/ticket and S$80 for Penang / Kuala Lumpur on Economy Class - One Way fares
  • Changes :
    - Passenger name change is not permitted. Minor name correction on tickets must be re-issued with change fee of S$80/ticket
    - At any time, fare may be used as credit towards payment of any MI fare of equal or higher value reassessed from point of origin provided the conditions of
      the new fares are met
  • Cancellation / refund :
    - Totally unused ticket is permitted with cancellation fee of S$200/ticket and no show fee of S$350 for Business Class or S$200 for Economy Class,if any,
      will apply
    - Partially used ticket (if any) - S$200/ticket and no show of S$350 for Business & S$200 for Economy Class sector, if any
    - Refund for involuntary class downgrading on confirmed Business class tickets is allowed provided Business class seat is unavailable.Subject to admin
      charges based on the difference between the fare paid and the applicable Business or Economy Class One Year Ticket for the journey completed
  • Child / Infant :
    - Accompanied child / infant occupying a seat - no discounts for Business Class fares (i.e.apply applicable adult fares ;  for Economy class fares, to apply 
      75% of the applicable adult fares
    - Unaccompanied child - same as applicable adult fare
    - Infant not occupying a seat : 10% of normal adult published fare applies
