Ticket Restrictions (Please note that ticket restrictions is subject to change without prior notice)
Eligibility - Arriving with LAN level (SA1) is for non - residents of South America in possession of an international ticket with arrival or departure segments operated by LU/LA/LP/4M/XL/4C. On flights from Europe, those operated by BI also apply. Also applies to Brazilian residents with a LU/LA/LP/4M/XL/4C international ticket within South America showing departures from or arrival to Brazil. Arriving with other LAN level (SA2) is for non - residents of South America in possession of an international ticket with arrival or departure segments operated by any other airline except TA/AV/UX/AR/CM/DL/S3/NK/2K/AF/KL. Passengers in possession of an international ticket redeemed outside South America  using LANPASS kilometers and arriving in or leaving South America qualify for South American Airpass. Passengers being compensated also qualify. Passengers with IA/AD tickets do not qualify for the South American Airpass.
Flight Restrictions - Applies to flights within South America on any aircraft operated by LAN Airlines, LAN Express, LAN Ecuador, LAN Peru, LAN Argentina and LAN Colombia

Cancellation Fee -

Refunds are allowed before the journey begins, paying a USD100 charge. This refund does not apply to the international leg arriving or leaving South America. Refunds are allowed after the journey has started, paying a charge equivalent to the difference between the value of the original ticket less the legs already flown and plus the USD100 charge
No Show Fee -

Remarks - The South America Airpass must only be sold outside South America except in Brazil
- Tickets are non-endorsable, non-refundable
- Maximum stay : 12 Months & Ticket validity : 12 Months from issue
- Minimum of coupons : 1 coupon / Maximum of coupons : 16 coupons
- The same segment may be flown only once in the same direction
- Fares apply to individual passengers
- Date/flight charges are allowed on the day of travel or before. A USD100 fee will be charged every time the ticket is changed. For Child fares, the same discount will apply to the USD100 fee. If, when changing the date/flight, the original fare is not available, the passenger can purchase a higher fare paying the difference plus the USD100 fee. For date/flight changes of tickets that have been partially used, the difference between the value of the new ticket less the original ticket will be charged, plus the USD100. Changes after the day of travel are not allowed.

- Fares are subject to changes without prior warning
Reservation & Ticketing - At the time of issuance, all flights must be confirmed. The reservation must be made in connection with an international ticket
- Must be issued 14 days before departure of the first leg. If the reservation is made less than 14 days, the issue time is 24 hours
- LA/LU/XL/LP/4M/IB reserve the right to modify time limits
Mileage - Not Applicable
Stopover - Limited to total amount of coupons purchased. Connections permitted considered as one coupon
Open Jaw - Not Applicable
Child Discounts - 25% discount on the fare, except on Premium Economy / Business Class
Baggage Allowance -

If the passenger arrives in South America with LAN, their luggage allowance will be the same as for their international leg to South America. If the passenger arrives in South America with another airline, their luggage allowance will be the most restrictive considering the international flight on which they arrived in South America and their domestic or regional legs.
Other Conditions :
Taxes -

Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations. Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance

 
E - Ticket -

Full payment must be made immediately upon ticketing deadline, otherwise, Misa Travel cannot guarantee that seats will not be auto-cancelled by the Flight Reservation system

In the event of Cancellation/Amendment/Refund of a ticket sold, an administrative  fee of $50.00* is payable in addition to the charges imposed by the respective airlines. It is also to be noted that some tickets have no refund value or cannot be cancelled/amended as per conditions set by the airlines as part of the conditions of sale.

  
- Infant under 2 years of age get 90% discount and are not assigned a seat, except on Premium Economy / Business
- Check in time at Singapore Airport 2 / 3 hours prior to flight departure
