• Valid on EK any flight. Applicable on EK / UL code share flights. Reservations must be made with EK 4 digit flight number

• Eligibility : For Promo 7 & 24
                    - Valid for minimum 2 Adult passengers and maximum of 9 pax in total including adult/ children/infants. Traveling                     together on all Flights.
                    - Infant discount not permitted.
                    - Each child pax must be accompanied by an adult pax.
                    - No Deviation is permitted for any passenger throughout the Entire Journey.

• Flight Application : For Promo 7 & 24
                             - Not valid on EK 001 flight through EK 002 Flight

• Penalties : For Promo 7 & 24
                   - Cancellations are permitted before departure for refund. Waiver for illness of passenger, death of passenger and
                     death of family member. Penalty is charged at S$175 per ticket
                   - Cancellations are not permitted after departure for refund. Waiver for illness of passenger, death of passenger 
                     and death of family member.
                   - Waiver for illness of passenger only applies in the event of certifiable hospitalisation / death of family member is
                     as per definition in EK's conditions of carriage
                   - At any time within the ticket validity, the fare can be upgraded to any higher fare or cabin assessed from the
                     point of origin at a charge of  S$175 per transaction provided the conditions of the higher fare have been met
                     and the applicable difference in fare is collected. If the upgraded ticket is subsequently cancelled the original
                     penalty will apply
                   - Reissue fee only waived when upgrading entire itinerary to a higher cabin fare.; Either from Economy to
                     Business / First or Business to First
                   - If the new itinerary results in a lower fare the S$175 reissue fee will apply and no refund will be made
                   - Before commencement of travel fare must be reassessed if change to itinerary or travel dates requires reissue
                     of ticket
                   - Reissued or revalidation (or rebooking) permitted at any time by original Issuing Agent or EK offices only
                   - (Revalidations) Anytime. Date change by revalidation is permitted at charge S$175 per transaction within fare
                     and ticket validity and same season, provided the change does not contravene the fare conditions. All pax must
                     revalidate at same and booking must be kept in the same Booking reference number(PNR).
                   - Charge applies to adult, child and infant occupying a seat, per transaction. Penalty does not not apply to infant
                     without a seat
                   - Charges S$150 for lost ticket
                     For Promo 1- 8
                   - Cancellations are permitted before/ after departure for refund. Waiver for illness of passenger, death of
                     passenger and death of family member. Penalty is charged at S$150 per ticket
                   - Charges apply to adult, child and infant occupying a seat. Penalty does not apply to  infant without a seat

                     For Promo 7, 8, 18, 25
                     - No more than 2 stopovers are permitted (1 outbound & 1 inbound)
                     - 1 stopovers permitted at S$100 either outbound or inbound
                     - Applies per adult.Child & infant discounts apply
                     - 2 stopovers permitted, S$100 at any en-route point as per attached route map
                     - No stopovers permitted on SIN - BNE / MEL / CMB / CGK fares

• Transfers :  - Unlimited transfers permitted as per the attached route map
                    - No transfers permitted on BNE / MEL / CMB / CGK fares
                    - 1 transfers permitted in CMB in each direction on MLE fares

• Combinations :  - (To form single open jaws) Combination are restricted to round trip trip fares only
                           - Fares may be combined on a half round trip basis with EK fares in same rule, same tariff
                               - A maximum of two international fare components permitted. Such itineraries are approved for manual
                             pricing and sale on half round trip basis, provided the entire journey is on EK.
                           - Combinations across tariff regions may not auto-price in some GDS.
                           - Roundtrip / circle trips are permitted on half roundtrip basis provided combinations are with any fare in this
                             rule and any tariff.
                           - The fare is permitted only with this carrier
                           - End-on-end combinations permitted
                           - Travel must be via the point of combination
                           - Permitted with other airlines fares
                           - Exception : End-on-end with EK Arabian Air Pass permitted
                           - Permitted with IATA add on fares / with same tariff & rule
                           - The most restrictive conditions apply for the entire itinarary.

• Child / Infant Dis :  For Promo 1, 7, 11, 14, 18 & 22 - No child fare
                               - Accompanied child age 2 -11 charged at 75%
                               - Must be accompanied on all flights in same compartment by adult 18 or older and be booked in same
                                 PNR in same subclass
                               - Date of birth must be reflected in the endorsement box of ticket
                               - When infant reaches 2 years of age on / before departure from point of turnaround, a seat must be
                                 booked on the return leg and the applicable child fare charged on half roundtrip basis with outbound
                                 infant fare.The EK information page titled infants in the various GDS reference pages reflects this
                                 information in detail
                               - First occurence of infant with a seat and last occurence of infant with a seat age 1 - 2 charged at 75%
                               - Unaccompanied child age 5 - 11 charged at 100%

• Blackouts : - Not permitted 04 Nov 08 through 04 Dec 08 from Singapore to Jeddah
                    - Not permitted 12 Dec 08 through 10 Jan 09 from Jeddah to Singapore
                    - Only Promo 24 & Promo 25 are not applicable during HAJ period
                    - Promo 20 - 21 & Promo 26 - 27 valid during HAJ period

• Surcharges : No requirements

• PNRs with fictitious ticket numbers or names will be subject to a charge S$150 per passenger

• Please read Visa on Arrival Policy implemented by the Government of Indonesia effective 1 Feb 2004

• Check in time at Singapore airport 2 hours / 3 hours prior to flight departure

In order to ensure a smooth and hassle free trip, we would like to seek your kind attention to take special notice of the following important reminders:-

•  Passengers' name in the booking must be spelt exactly in the same manner as stated in the passenger's passports.

•  Passports should still have a minimum of 6 months validity upon completion of the journey.

•  It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all Entry Visa  or Transit Visa that are required to enter the country of destination or stopovers.

•  Transit Visas must be duly obtained if the plane's flight path involved a Transit or Stopover in another country like for example, a Transit in Australia whilst en route to New Zealand or a stopover in the United States whilst en route to Canada.

•  Passengers are advised to check carefully for any errors or omissions in the booking details, flight itineraries, air tickets, and hotel vouchers IMMEDIATELY upon receiving them. Please take note you may encounter significant inconveniences and may even have your travel plans aborted if errors are discovered only enroute or upon check-in at the Changi Airport.
