TICKET RESTRICTIONS

• E - Ticket: Full payment must be made immediately upon last day of sales period, otherwise, 
                  Misa Travel cannot guarantee that seats will not be auto-cancelled by the Flight Reservation system
• Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable, non-refundable and valid on BI operating flights only
• No waitlist allowed
• Stopovers : No stopover is permitted in Bandar Seri Begawan for outbound journey.S$200 stopover surcharge if required for
                     Bandar Seri Begawan outbound journey and any intermediate point of multi-leg flights
• Permitted combinations : ~ End-on and side trip combinations are not permitted
                                           ~ Mixed booking class in the same cabin class of travel is permitted for round trip and
                                              turnaround open jaw journeys.Inbound booking class must be higher than outbound booking
                                              class
• Reissue : Permitted or to the next applicable higher fare with fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met at
                 S$100
• Refund : Totally unused tickets at S$125 will be imposed on unutilized ticket within a year from the date of ticket issued
• Partially unused tickets : Refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the one way fare for the journey
                                          completed less refund at S$125.Totally unused or partially unused tickets will be considered
                                          expired after one year from date of ticket issued and not eligible for refund
• No show : In all case of reissue, reroute and refund, proof of cancellation of the reservations ex-SIN in original ticket nust be
                   submitted.Otherwise, S$150 will apply
• Child / Infant : ~ Unaccompanied child - 100% of application adult fare
                         ~ Infant not occupying a seat - 10%
                         ~ Infant occupying a seat - child fare apply
• Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations.
  Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance
• Check in time at Singapore airport 2 hours / 3 hours prior to flight departure
