- It is duty of pregnant passengers to advise us of the progress of their pregnancy at the point of booking of seat.Our carriage of pregnant passengers are subject to the following conditions : Pregnancy up to  27 weeks (inclusive), we will accept without a doctor's certificate / Pregnancy between 28-34 weeks (inclusive), passenger shall produce a doctor's certificate shall have validity of not more than 7 days from the scheduled flight departure date.The passenger will be required to sign a Limited Liability Statement / Pregnancy 35 weeks and above, we will refuse carriage.We reserve the right not to carry infants less than 8 days old.We may in our absolute discretion decide to carry such infants on our flights when such carriage is expressly sanctioned in writing by a medical practitioner and when the parent of the infant signs an airline Limited Liability Statement  
- You must be at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time  
- If you fail to check in on time or fail to board the aircraft by the time the aircraft departs, the fare you paid will not be refunded to you for any reason whatsoever  
- All fares, flight schedules and routes published are correct at the time of publication .We reserve the right to revise any fares and flight schedules at any time and from time to time without prior notice  
Reservation & Ticketing - Reservation for infant are joined together with adult ticket,maksimum age of infants are 23 months  
- If there's any reservation from travel agent less than 2 hours from departure time and delay happened when check-in at airport is not responsibility of Batavia air  
- If there are any irrelevances or fictitious reservation founded (block seat).With ambiguous reservation,Batavia will aim fine by charging the highest class (PROMO 15,31) fare of the furthest route

Baggage Allowance - 25kg for Batavia Air Singapore route.Only 1 piece of baggage is allowed to be carried on board provided that it does not exceed the dimensions of 56cmX36cmX23cm and provided that it does not weigh more than 7kg.Such baggage must fit under the seat in front of you or in an enclosed storage compartment in the cabin.Items determined by us to be of excessive weight or size or of an offensive nature will not be permitted on board. * Please refer to our Travel Consultant  
- We may refuse carriage of you or you baggage for reasons of safety or if, in the exercise of our reasonable discretion ,we determine that : such action is necessary for reasons of safety or security / you do not have the proper documents for travel / The payment of your fare is fraudulent / The credit card by which you paid for the fare has been reported lost or stolen  
- We reserve the right to refuse carriage of such baggage or such items found in baggage as follows : Items which are not properly packed in suitcases or other to ensure safe carriage with oridinary care and handling / Items whic are likely to endanger the aircraft or persons or propert on board the aircraft,such as those specified in the Dangerous Goods Regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and in our Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Contract / Items which in our reasonable opinion are unsuitable for carriage by reason of their weight,shape,size or character / Fragile or perishable items / Live or death animals / Fresh of frozen seafood or other meats provided that such items may be carried on boards as hand luggage only if we are satisfied that they have been properly packed.Strictly only styrofoam and/or cooler boxes that contain dry food/non-perishables are allowed to be checked-in after inspection of contents by relavant authorities.Should passengers refuse unspection,we have the right to reject admission of luggage
